This is a 3 month contract position with the potential to transition to full-time


Location: On-site - Laval, QC

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12 pm - 7 pm

Salary: $33/hr

Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on providing exceptional support and enjoys balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolution.
  • Assist customers on-site during scheduled hours, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing information about products/services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • Strong bilingual English/French written communication skills for email correspondence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work on-site during designated hours and respond to emails throughout the day.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
