Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on providing exceptional support and enjoys balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolution.
- Assist customers on-site during scheduled hours, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing information about products/services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Strong bilingual English/French written communication skills for email correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work on-site during designated hours and respond to emails throughout the day.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
