What You'll Do
Partnerships are essential part of Doceree's business, and we are looking for a talented Director of Data Sales & Partner Monetization to join the team and scale data sales and revenue across the industry's first HCP-focused data marketplace . The sales & monetization expert will be an essential part of the revenue team, building brand and business value by deepening customer value through unlocking new data demand and activation across first and third-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth of Doceree's data marketplace by managing a robust sales pipeline, identifying and converting high-growth prospects, and working in partnerships with customer success to upsell existing clients. The role requires close collaboration cross-functionally as well as externally with partners to unlock new data marketplace revenue opportunities.
- Drive data monetization and revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline of data demand that fit assigned market profile for Doceree's first and third-party data opportunities
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and objectives by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities while cultivating new business prospects and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and teams throughout the organisation
- Lead collaborative sales strategy meetings between Doceree partnerships and data partners to expedite sales cycles
- Provide subject matter expertise in client meetings and demonstrate thought leadership with a deep understanding of the various data offerings and opportunities across Doceree's data marketplace
- Partner with internal teams to provide in-depth knowledge of first and third-party data solutions and co-developing sales materials with our centre of excellence teams to drive data sales enablement
- Gather and share real-world customer feedback to inform product development and data monetisation strategies internally
- Understand and communicate data related products, features, and capabilities as they become available
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise sales or sales engineering role, preferably in data , AdTech or MarTech
- Deep experience in first and third-party data specifically across Life Sciences , AdTech or MarTech ecosystems highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets , exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of identity resolution, data connectivity , and audience management
- Experience in programmatic advertising and real-time bidding preferred
- The ability to navigate complex sales engagements and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Team player mentality and strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in relevant AdTech technologies preferred
