Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize multiple CRM systems (primarily Salesforce) to manage, track, and monitor sales and marketing activities for new and existing investors.
- Oversee electronic distribution efforts, including managing and maintaining contact lists, targeting constituencies, and tracking campaign outcomes and lead generation.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly sales activity reports.
- Develop and update sales collateral for ongoing communications with third parties and prospects.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance preferred
- CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
