Key responsibilities:

• Designing and conducting experiments using flow cytometry to analyze cell populations.
• Developing and optimizing protocols for sample preparation, staining, and data acquisition.
• Interpreting complex data and providing insights into cellular functions and characteristics.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting flow cytometry instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Collaborating with other researchers and teams to support various projects and studies.
• Design and Conduct Experiments: Develop and implement flow cytometry-based assays to analyze cell populations, identify biomarkers, and evaluate drug efficacy.
• Protocol Development: Optimize and standardize protocols for sample preparation, staining, and data acquisition to ensure reproducibility and accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Interpret complex flow cytometry data using advanced software tools, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Instrument Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot flow cytometry instruments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other scientists, project teams, and external partners to support various research projects and drug discovery initiatives.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of experiments, protocols, and results in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior scientists and technicians in flow cytometry techniques and best practices.
