The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join the Director team for our client in the food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Responsibilities

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
• Lead a large team through day-to-day operations
• Responsible for the growth and development of the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Our client is closed on Sundays, but there is a requirement to work two Saturdays each month with one day off during the week.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in product management
