National full-service law firm is expanding and seeking a senior attorney for their Westchester NY office. Ideal candidate will have 5-20+ years of Medical Malpractice defense experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases

• Handle cases from inception to conclusion

• Take and defend depositions

• Make court appearances

• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• 5-20+ years of medical malpractice experience

• Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York

• Trial/Trial prep experience

150k-200k (Base salary range can be adjusted accordingly DOE)+ Comprehensive Benefits Package.
