Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Interior Lead with a strong background in high-end residential design and at least 8+ years of professional experience . This role requires a talented design professional with proven leadership capabilities to drive project success, steer design intent, and oversee all phases of the design process, from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring high-quality execution from concept development to project completion.
• Develop cohesive design schemes and innovative color ways that align with client goals and design intent.
• Manage all aspects of FF&E specification, budgeting, and to oversee procurement.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and artisans to source materials, finishes and furnishings.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Conduct client meetings, presenting design concepts, progress updates, and installation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Supervise on-site installations, ensuring alignment with design plans and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading design teams and managing luxury residential interior design projects.
• Extensive knowledge of FF&E specification, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam .
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
