Millwright Foreman
Location: Odessa, FL
Salary: $35/hr. - $45/hr. DOE + Overtime (Time and a Half, Double Time on Sundays)

The primary role of the Millwright Foreman is to Lead millwright crews, delegate and perform mechanical tasks Foremen are the working supervisors and the first line of supervision over mechanical projects.
Responsibilities:
· Position requires the ability to lead and direct small teams of 2-10 turbine millwrights.
· Must be willing to accept to work under varying conditions and different customer’s sites worldwide.
· Perform overhaul and maintenance repair of turbo-machinery as part of a team committed to safety and quality workmanship.
· Ability to adapt to each customer’s unique situation in industrial environments.
· Conducts risk assessments and safety observations associated with tasks.
· Maintains control and organization of company tooling and resources.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in steam turbine generator maintenance.
· Moderate knowledge of steam turbines, generators, journal bearings, thrust bearings, reduction gears, couplings, turbine oil seals and shaft alignment a must.
· Small Team Leadership.
· Ability to take precision measurements.
· Ability to maintain proper care, organization and control of machinery components.
· Knowledge of basic principles of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, pumps, coolers, filters, valve controls, and troubleshooting.
· Proficient communication abilities, verbal and written. Computer skills (MS office)
· Willing to work 12 hours on Day or Night Shift.
· Travel is required.
