**Job Purpose:**
Our company is currently seeking an experienced Local Business development manager (Sales) to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will assume responsibility for new business development and growth opportunities within existing accounts, spending approximately 80% of the time on new business development with the remaining 20% through organic growth in existing accounts.

**Duties:**
* Evaluate the existing business to identify growth potential within accounts. This entails studying the current business landscape, interviewing key customer personnel, and collaborating with individuals who have interacted with the customer. The goal is to identify and assess additional requirements and opportunities.
* Commence the sales process by establishing rapport, evaluating prospects, and coordinating appointments.
* Foster sales growth through initial presentations, elucidating enhancements and additions to products and services, and introducing novel offerings.
* Develop fresh applications by formulating specifications and engaging in discussions with product engineering teams.
* Successfully concluded sales by adeptly addressing objections and preparing contractual agreements.
* Enhance sales strategies by assessing ongoing product outcomes, identifying gaps that need to be filled, staying attuned to competing products, and analyzing customer feedback.
* Continue to develop product knowledge to be the product expert on Gloves (industrialization), workwear, and category in knitted wear.
**Skills/Qualifications:**
*Education (preferred level) Bachelor's degree
*Expertise in Cold Callings and experienced
*At least 4 years sales experience, preferably in the PPE industry, and industrialization workwear.
*Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Self-motivated, able to work within a team and individually.
*Must have a valid driver's license in the United States
