Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role with flexible hours for an Online Sales Associate at Keystone Shooting Center. The Online Sales Associate will be responsible for managing online sales, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service at our facility in Mars, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience in online sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of firearms and shooting sports
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience in retail sales is a plus
• Firearms safety training and certifications are beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
