Need someone senior enough to run it like a program. Ability to interact with business, drive to identify problems and solve them before being asked.
• 5-10 yrs of experience implementing multiple modules of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, HRSD, B2B Workflows
• 5-10 yrs of healthcare experience
• Successfully implemented ServiceNow as the self service tool for employees to use for day to day service management capabilities
• Experience with improving process and reducing operating cost by implementing workflows
• Has leveraged ServiceNow as a Knowledge Mgmt capabilities including KCS methodology
• Full stack technologist who has experience implementing projects with minimal to no dependencies
• Can be analyst, engineer, tester, PM as needed and can wear multiple hats
• Experience integrating with other applications like WorkDay, Salesforce and other Payer specific apps
• Has experience with latest AI capabilities in ServiceNow
• Extensive hands on experience with development in the ServiceNow framework
• Needs to be solid, vetted and referred candidate.
