Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Business Development Representative to support our client, a leader in HubSpot solutions and services. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge tools, drive business growth, and build meaningful relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build strong, value-driven relationships to position the company as a trusted HubSpot partner.
  • Collaborate with existing HubSpot customers to identify opportunities for product upgrades, add-ons, and support services.
  • Qualify new leads, schedule meetings, and manage the sales process to close HubSpot deals.
  • Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Partner with HubSpot and service delivery teams, leveraging third-party vendors for service delivery as needed.
  • Document sales activities and deal progress in CRM tools for accurate forecasting and tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for additional solutions, including marketing enablement and AI tools supported by Microsoft.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM tools and sales automation platforms is required.
  • One to three years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot products, such as Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business-focused value.
  • Experience with selling professional services, such as training or implementation, is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
