COGS has partnered with a luxury fashion brand, specializing in designing and producing sophisticated, high-end apparel with a focus on feminine, elegant, and timeless styles.

The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing responsbilities, ensuring collaboration across teams to optimize strategies, and deliver strong customer engagement, grow brand awareness.

This on-site role is based in Miami, FL (5 days p/w).

We are looking for someone with:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to amplify brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
• Direct email marketing, copywriting, and graphic design efforts, ensuring assets are visually compelling and SEO-Optimized
• Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate and advertising agencies, optimizing deliverables and budgets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team across PR, social media, customer service, and Shopify operations
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, enhance conversions, and ensure ROI
