-Consulting with leaders: Working with business leaders to identify talent needs and gaps
-Creating plans: Developing strategic plans to attract and hire top talent for nationwide clientele
-Sourcing candidates: Using professional networks and social media to find potential candidates
-Conducting interviews: Interviewing applicants and negotiating compensation packages
-Providing feedback: Giving feedback to candidates, alongside clients
-Managing the process: Ensuring a positive hiring experience and managing the full recruitment life cycle
-Evaluating the process: Regularly evaluating the recruiting process to identify areas for improvement
-Mentoring: Mentoring junior recruiters to help them grow professionally
-Analyzing data: Analyzing recruitment data to improve candidate quality and optimize sourcing strategies
-Driving diversity: Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment framework
-Employer advocacy: Actively participating in employer advocacy to ensure the company maintains a positive reputation in the job market
