The JW Marriott Charlotte is located in the vibrant Uptown district of Charlotte, North Carolina.


Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

As part of our luxury hotel collection, The JW Marriott Charlotte boasts 381 rooms, 20,000 square feet of meeting space, two top-tier restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a 5-treatment room spa. The Front Office team plays a critical role in our success, overseeing front desk operations, concierge lounge services, phone systems, and valet parking management.


What You’ll Do


As the Front Desk Manager, you will:


  • Lead and develop a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances service quality.
  • Oversee guest check-ins, address concerns, and anticipate needs to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious stay.
  • Partner with the Director of Front Office and leadership team to manage front desk operations, including concierge lounge services, phone systems, and valet parking.
  • Mentor and train associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences, reinforcing the hotel’s brand values.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by proactively addressing feedback and implementing solutions to enhance service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.

  • Experience in front desk operations or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.
