Our client is a disruptive technology company focused on democratizing the semiconductor manufacturing industry by deploying low-cost modular semiconductor fabrication platforms to unlock new technologies in AI, IoT, MEMS and Sensors, and Power Electronics. The company’s platform provides customers a faster, lower cost, and more flexible fabrication alternative than traditional foundry routes.

They are seeking a Process Technician who will be responsible for performing technical tests and setting up equipment and experiments.

RESPONIBILITIES :

• Design and conduct experiments for the fabrication, application testing, and materials characterization of the company’s semiconductor plasma etch and deposition equipment
• Prepare charts and graphs of for presentation to engineering team
• Prioritize stringent environmental, health, and safety practices in all aspects of work and supervision

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor fab industry
• Experience with nano/microfabrication processes including thin film deposition, dry and wet etching, and lithography processes
• Experience with semiconductor equipment including vacuum pumping systems, plasma sources, and gas handling systems
• Passion for state-of-the-art technology and a relentless desire to learn

‘BONUS’ QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Bachelor degree preferable
• Experience with MEMS device processing
• Experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques related to microfabrication
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies
• Experience supervising small technical teams
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs and deadlines
• Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners
