Well established financial firm is looking for a Python Engineer to be part of their Data Engineering team that provides data sets to the front office trading teams.

Job Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field required; MS a plus
• Experience with financial data sets
• Strong Python programming experience
• SQL experience (Microsoft SQL Server is ideal)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and ability to work autononously

Complementary Skills

• AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, Kafka, and NoSQL experience
• Web development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) a plus
