Overview:
The Manager of Corporate Applications is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and supporting corporate applications within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Corporate Applications team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EBS modules and supporting corporate applications.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and customizations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to Oracle EBS and other corporate applications.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide high-level support for Oracle EBS and supporting corporate applications, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that Oracle EBS applications comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (such as Financials, HRMS, Supply Chain) and their integration.
- Stroing knowledge of HR, Financial, Tax, and and other applications that support and integrate with EBS.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS certification, PMP) are a plus.
