Job Title: - Data Center Technical Support Specialist

Assignment Type: 3 month contract w/ potential to convert

Work Location: Onsite – Charlotte, NC

Night Shift 7pm – 7am

We stagger the work days for this shift. The associates will work 3 days @36 hours one week and then 4 days @48 hours the following week.

The expectation is that the associate is at the office due to some job responsibilities that must take place at the office.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Center Technical Services Specialist position is responsible for systems support, monitoring, maintenance, and problem escalation for systems, applications, and networks that are a part of client core infrastructure.

The Technical Services Specialist works as a member of the User Support Services team and is charged to understand the goals/objectives of that team and how it supports those of the Enterprise Architecture & Shared Services Technology team.

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Typically, 1-5 years of experience

• Data Center and/or Network Operations Center.

• Monitoring tools such as AlertBot, SolarWinds, Splunk, Zabbix.

• Job scheduling tools such as UC4 and SAP

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
