What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and develop sophisticated financial models.
• Create and maintain detailed physician compensation reports and practice P&L analyses.
• Drive strategic decision-making through insightful financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts while managing multiple high-priority projects.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Administration.
• 2+ years of post-graduate finance experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Points:

• MBA or Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA).
• Proficiency in SQL.
