Job Title: Service Technician

Job Location : Lancaster, NY

Job Type: Contract (With Highest Possible extension)

Pay Range: $20/Hr-$25/Hr

Responsibilities:

The primary duties are to assist with chemical treatment for customers out of our Buffalo/Rochester service area. Duties include water testing and chemical additions, preparing field service reports, inventory management, troubleshooting and maintenance. Secondary duties include warehouse and shipping/receiving while providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• HVAC- Boiler or Cooling Tower Experience is a plus
• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Customer Service and Maintenance abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant technical certifications or training in water treatment systems
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Pay Range: $20/Hr-$25/Hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
