What We’re Looking For:

• Do-er mentality: You take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Creative thinker: You know how to craft engaging content and think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills: You’ll interact with clients regularly and need to maintain a professional and clear line of communication.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Photography skills or interest is a big plus!
• Passion for the start-up environment: You’re excited about being part of a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape and wearing multiple hats.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, aligned with their overall marketing goals.
• Be comfortable being in front of the camera for client content creation and our own socials.
• Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
• Top video editing skills (must have prior experience using capcut).
• Strong photography skills. You will capture content at photoshoots, including photography and videography.
• Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and improve processes.
• Provide excellent client service and build strong relationships.

Salary Range

Base: $42K—$52K + a possible bonus structure based on performance after the probation period.
