Our client is a top AmLaw firm looking for a Business Development Manager for the Litigation groups.

The Business Development Manager will work with Practice Group Leaders and partners on strategic business and client development. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies for the Litigation group to attract new clients and enhance market visibility.
- Managing pitches, proposals, and RFPs, and collaborating with finance on fee arrangements.
- Cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and driving follow-up efforts.
- Collaborating on branding campaigns and market conference opportunities with the marketing team.
- Managing junior BD team members and supporting attorney BD training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ YOE within Legal Business Development
