Senior Business Financial Analyst - $105,000 to $120,000 plus bonus (IN OFFICE work schedule)

Really cool opportunity to join one of Lancaster County's hidden gems - a fast growing, highly entrepreneurial company - in a newly created Senior Business Financial Analyst role.

This is a multi-faceted role that will report to the company’s Vice President of Finance (who I placed). This is an extremely visible role that will interact with organizational leaders in the areas of Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Technology. The hiring manager views the role as initially having two focuses-

50% marketing / data analysis - working hand in hand with their VP of Marketing and VP of Operations in gathering data and being able to communicate “the story behind the data” to drive business forward

50% financial analysis / root cause / ad hoc analysis - working hand in hand with the VP of Finance and Operational Leaders on some really interesting and indepth projects and analysis

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Marketing / Sales Analysis role IS REQUIRED. Advanced Excel Skills ARE REQUIRED.
