Early stage, start-up is revolutionizing the manufacturing of cell therapies by developing advanced robotic systems designed to automate and scale the production of these life-saving treatments.

Sr. Program Manager will be pivotal in leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch and fostering a vibrant culture and team. You will work primarily with the engineering team and will play a critical role in the success of the program by facilitating collaborations across all functions.

• Actively lead cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, Bio Process, and Product to launch and subsequently iterate upon products
• Proactively identify and communicate technical or resourcing risks and develop action plans to address issues
• Manage project kick-offs, design reviews, documentation deliverables, and transfer to production
• Ensure that engineering development is organized and efficient

Must have experience:

• Technical degree
• Program management experience with a complex medical system
• Experience bringing a product to market
• Must be local to the Bay Area
