Pay: 17/HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4PM-12:30AM


Job Summary:

The Inventory Control & Quality Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the quality of products meets company standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding quality and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory management software.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or quality control are a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in inventory management or quality control preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or defects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.


Position Requirements:

- Basic math skills

- Basic Computer Skills

- Can drive a Reach Truck (will be on one most of the day)

- Punctual

- Good Attitude

- Can work independently and in a team setting

- Recent inventory or cycle counting experience
