Sourcing Specialist

Location: Southlake, TX 76092-100% On site

Pay: $30/hr.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5, 9-6

Responsibilities of Sourcer/Recruiter:

Source qualified candidates for Licensed Customer Service Agents using various tools (job boards, networking, etc.).

Track candidates in Workday ATS, ensuring accurate data and reporting.

Partner with internal recruiters to understand role needs and schedule interviews.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.

Conduct phone screenings and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Provide insights on hiring trends and talent availability.

Requirements for Sourcer/Recruiter:

2+ years of recruiting experience, with Workday ATS expertise.

Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and sourcing tools.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

A collaborative team player with adaptability to changing needs.
