Essential Functions

1. Write and update all Quality Manuals, ITP’s, Test Procedures, and Customer Submittals.
2. Work integrally with the Plant Manager & Precast Team to develop and modify mix designs as needed.
3. Maintain plant and personnel quality certifications (PCI, ACI, AWS, NACE, LADOTD).
4. Manage quality personnel at the plant and field locations.
5. Manage customer communication regarding quality assurance and quality control.
6. Monitor/manage outgoing product quality.
7. Conduct receiving inspections, audits, and monitor supplier quality.
8. Maintain Test Equipment/Manufacturing Equipment calibration schedule for plant and field.
9. Advise & verify shop and field concrete repairs structural and cosmetic.

Qualifications

1. Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements that include, but not limited to, drug screening and physical testing
2. Ability to lift and move up to 50-pound objects
3. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technical – Level I Required
4. PCI Level II – Quality Control Technician/Inspector Required and capable of obtaining Level III within 6 months
5. LADOTD – PCC Plant Certified Technician Preferred & willing to obtain
