Position Overview

Our team is currently looking for a Quality Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry.


The Quality Admin Assistant will process and optimize document filing, vault/storage filing, drafting quality documents, and creating methods and file paths for collection of statistical data / documentation.


Schedule: M-F 7:30A-4P; OT as needed.


Responsibilities & Essential Duties

• Drafting Word document versions of PIOPs and SOIs that require revisions to insert the changes

• QAM distribution logs

• Maintain any procedural and employee report

• Oversees any documentation that is needed to be sent out to a third-party company for scanning/storage

• Prepare documents for vault/storage filing

• Filing, scanning, and organizing procedures / documents / travelers, manufacturing route cards for: engineering, inspection (receiving & final), inventory control, manufacturing, welding, assembly, shipping, purchasing, etc.

• Help create methods and file paths for the collection and analysis of statistical data and documentation for ongoing quality improvements and facility training.

• Participate in training on QA processes.

• Metaltrace admin and upload of certs from vendors, and upload of V-shipper

• Process standard documentation for customer submittal.


Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

• Strong secretary, administrative, and data entry skills

• Prior working experience in a quality assurance department would be a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy

• Experience with digital and paper file organization, scanning, and emailing

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
