Job Description:
The team needs someone with strong admin skills that is flexible to drive (has reliable transportation) and work between a couple locations as needed for meetings.
The desired candidate would need to have experience as an executive assistant/secretary and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and word.
Other Duties:
- Calendar management
- Filing
- Print outs for the auditors cases, putting the folders together for the auditors
- Filling out the information on the case folders
- Preparing the claimant questionnaires and typing the claimant letters and sending them out for both paid and denied cases
- Typing the employer letters for the denied cases
- Must have good organizational skills and technology skills (Word and Excel) and be ready for a fast pace.
- Other tasks: scheduling, creating agendas, taking minutes, answering the phone.
Qualifications:
- Detail orientated and accurate
- Self-motivated
- Audit support experience a plus
