Legal Secretary at Robert Half in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Description We are in the market for a skilled Legal Secretary to be part of our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be tasked with managing electronic mail inboxes for incoming legal cases, maintaining case files, and providing general administrative support. This position also involves coordinating with legal staff for efficient case processing and handling confidential information with utmost discretion. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities - Monitor electronic mail inboxes for incoming legal cases and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the case management system. - Organize and maintain case files, making sure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. - Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, preparing legal documents, and generating reports. - Assist in the development and refinement of office procedures as the team and workload increase. - Coordinate with the legal staff to ensure efficient processing and tracking of cases. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to all legal and company guidelines. - Utilize case management software to manage and track cases effectively. - Perform client relations and briefing duties as necessary. - Manage calendars to ensure all appointments and deadlines are met. - Use Adobe Acrobat and other tools for document preparation and management.
