Responsibilities:
•Basic customer service skillset.
•Handle basic customer inquiries via phone, case queue, and email.
•Basic order and quote entry.
•Provide a seamless customer journey from quote issuance to order entry.
•Resolve simple customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
•Work in CRM systems. Salesforce and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•Claim management for various customer complaints.
•Ability to work independently and problem solve.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•At least 1 year of customer service experience.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Basic computer and phone skills, familiarity with CRM software.
