Job Summary: The Fan Experience Team Member is to provide superior guest experience for our Groups in attendance. This position performs an array of diversified duties relating to groups and their fan experience packages. This position will focus on being the liaison for on and off field group experiences. The role will require cross training for Usher/Guest Services Representative and also be able to provide strong guest experience services.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome all groups that are checking into our Fan Experience Tent.
- Collaborate with Manager of Guest Experience and Group Sales Staff to ensure the smooth functioning of SRFC Fan Experience Packages and Game Day Activations
- Examine tickets to verify seating questions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of venue, policies, and operations to ensure a premium game day experience
- Assist with wayfinding and monitoring areas of congestion.
- Responsible for fan engagement at every event.
- Maintain a visible presence for any guest inquiries, comments, or concerns.
- Guide fans to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency.
- Verify credentials of those trying to access authorized sections.
- Credential, wayfind, and execute Fan Experience Packages for large groups in attendance.
- Execute all pre and post match activations as it relates to Fan Experience packages.
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to large groups of people ranging from small children to adults.
- Actively communicate rules, path of travel, and expectations to groups actively participating in Fan Experiences
- Distribute and inventory group gifts to supplement the Fan Experience Packages
- Facilitate and monitor the halftime kids run
- Serve as a hybrid staff between Guest Services and Fan Experience as needed
- Such other duties, activities, and roles as the company from time to time may designate in its sole and absolute discretion.
Qualifications (Required): - Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Must be available to attend all necessary in-person training as a prerequisite for employment.
- Must be available for approximately 80% of all home matches, including Season Opener (early March), State Fair (July), and Season Finale (late October).
- Must be able to adhere to pre-scheduled shifts, and be on-time for events and shifts.
- Ability to physically work outdoors in inclement and/or hot weather.
- Ability to stand, walk, or travel up and down stairs for extended periods of time
- Ability to present a neat, well groomed appearance at all times.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills are a must, including outgoing personality!
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledgeable about the venue as well as seating arrangements and exits.
- Must have a basic knowledge of technology, including operating and troubleshooting radios, tablets, and handheld ticketing devices.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bilingual is a plus!
Compensation: $16.75
Part-Time
Seasonal: February - November
