MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education - High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
Experience - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.

Soft Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
