OBJECTIVE:
The Savannah Ghost Pirates Hockey Team is seeking a self-starter who possesses superior listening and communication skills and is eager to grow their career in sports by providing top-tier service to our fans and customers. Under the guidance of the President & Vice President, our Service Representative will provide customer service for season/group/premium ticket-holders and every other fan of the Savannah Ghost Pirates.
  • Excellent communication skills with our fan base and customers
  • Assisting fans by answering questions and trouble shooting as needed
  • Set up face-to-face appointments with key decision makers of community and corporate groups as needed
  • Staff ticket sales tables for games and events plus outside networking events
  • Must meet all predetermined activity and service requirements
  • Work all home games to support ticket service & support initiatives
  • Updates accounts on CRM System
  • Exemplify the core characteristics of a strong service culture, including strong interpersonal skills, prompt and professional follow-through, openness to new ideas and suggestions, and constant enthusiasm toward internal and external contacts
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external contacts
  • Support a positive culture within the entire front office
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Vice President & President

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Interest in building a career in sports & fan experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a very strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holiday
