Role Description

This is a long term temporary on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the President in Scottsdale, AZ starting in early February. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing international travel, coordinating calendars, and offering overall administrative assistance. This is a Mon-Fri position with Fri being WFH.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills for C-Level Management
• Experience booking and managing international travel
• Strong calendaring and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities - self-directed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PP.
• Experience with Internet research, and some social media
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Proven experience in a similar role preferably for an international manager
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with priorities always changing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - or equivalent work experience in an EA posistion
