We are hiring a motivated individual to train within our customer service department. The Client Success Associate will act as the main point of contact between the company and the client they are assigned, and the Client Success Associate must use the utmost care when handling the communication line between the two and ensure the highest level of service is provided. The Client Success Associate must fully understand, analyze, and evaluate the clients' product offerings and the territory assigned and adjust accordingly for both. Our Client Success Associate is expected to provide support from the initial point of contact through the entire sale including the closing procedure.
Daily Responsibilities of our Client Success Associate:
- Identify and dissect markets/territories assigned and how to increase sales for the client assigned within that market
- Attend daily meetings as well as participate in the meetings. This means one must be prepared for any sales/client analysis on a day-to-day basis
- Hit weekly sales quotas and networks amongst other Client Success Associates when quotas are not met
- Attend quarterly conferences when qualified and network with clients and territory managers
- Work in a group setting with the ability to coach and manage other individuals working for the same client
