We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our non-profit team. As a key member of our organization, you will support other staff members with administrative duties. Provide administrative support to other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer phone calls, take messages, enable access to the facility, schedule meetings and support visitors. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, emailing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Print, collate and complete mailings. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
