Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time or part-time Player Services Representatives to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, and assisting with all player rewards transactions.

Unit Description
Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack in Wheeling, West Virginia, is a Delaware North-owned-and-operated regional gaming destination featuring 1,300 electronic gaming machines, 22 table games, live greyhound racing, and simulcast wagering. Wheeling Island also features a 151-room hotel, many dining options, and a 1,000-seat showroom.
Responsibilities
  • Update player rewards information, perform credit and cash transactions, and issue player cards
  • Explain games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways to guests
  • Read group resumes and oversee daily activities of groups
  • Complete shift closing, drop cash, check payments, and secure bank at all times
  • Offer bell assistance to all arriving and departing guests
Qualifications
  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk customer service
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand 100% of the time
