Education/Training/Experience: (indicate if required or preferred) . Associates degree preferred or at least 3 years of clinical experience in Specialty Medicine and/or patient navigation preferred. Must have knowledge of all commercial and managed care health insurances. PC proficiency required, Windows ,Microsoft Office Data base management and spreadsheet knowledge required. Familiarity with patient medical records and electronic medical record systems required. Excellent presentation and communication skills Able to work in a self directed environment, ability to work with and lead teams.
