Classification:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hours:
Available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, other hours as needed
Role:
Perform a variety of duties related to the centralized processing and administration of consumer loans for all regions utilizing various software including, but not limited to, LaserPro Lending, Phoenix Core processor, Chrome Tax Monitoring and MS Office suite
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to e-mail and phone calls from branch originators with regard to the processing of approved credit applications
  • Review loan approval terms to ensure loan is processed per underwriting approval guidelines; provide a high level of quality control and adherence to regulatory, lending procedures and Loan Policy Requirements
  • Maintain production of multiple loan pipeline flow for optimum loan production
  • Obtain and review applicable loan documents prior to generating closing documents
  • Responsible for setting up collateral files and tracking required documents
  • Generate accurate Consumer and Home Equity loan documents in a timely manner
  • Print checks for loan disbursements, when applicable
  • Pull daily report of new loans and mail applicable disclosures
  • Ensure credit bureau alerts are resolved and properly documented
  • Actively participate as a team player with all other business lines
  • Complete ongoing training courses to ensure up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations

Requirements
Experience:
  • Relevant work experience
  • Requires two years consumer lending or real estate lending experience
  • Solid understanding of consumer loan structure and collateral perfection
  • Solid understanding of TRID guidelines and timing requirements
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of important loan documents and customer information
  • Ability to relate and empathize with people
  • Self-starter
  • Outstanding listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Effective time management with ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong sense of ethical integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • Detail, solutions and goal oriented
  • Ability to multitask and complete work within time sensitive deadlines
  • Able to resolve and work through conflicts

Travel:
Travel is negligible. It is primarily local during the business day, although some local evening and weekend travel may be needed.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
