Administrative Assistant II
9 months contract
15 hours for week - 3 hours per day - 5 Days per week

Duties
Provide executive level administrative support to Global Head of Communications and leadership team including; scheduling, international travel arrangements, expense reports, etc. Successful candidate must be a team player who can handle multiple assignments while proactively reaching out within the organization to find solutions, anticipate needs of manager, have excellent attention to detail, and function as a partner. Managing calendars, including scheduling and arranging meetings & logistics. Preparing for meetings, including formatting and editing presentations and making binders. Receiving, referring and clearing visitors through security. Making travel arrangements. Preparing expense reports.
Skills:
- 2-3 years working in Communications/Public Relations
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial operations
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- 5-7 years as an administrative professional supporting executive level management
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information, and advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
