AM & PM Bartender

Centrolina is seeking enthusiastic, engaging, passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our bartending team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter that takes total ownership over their work. We welcome individuals that are passionate about food, wine and hospitality. 

Candidates should have the following experience

- at least 2+ years experience working in a upscale casual or fine-dining environment
- knowledge of Italian food, technique and Italian wine/spirits 
- available for flexible work schedule that will include Saturdays (Closed on Sundays)
- great communication skills and a willingness to engage with guests in a professional manner
-concrete understanding of our daily changing menu and our relationship with local/seasonal ingredients.
