The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club is looking for Court Host/Server

We're looking for friendly, organized and energetic Court Hosts who love interacting with guests, teaching shuffleboard skills, and serving up delicious cocktails. We will provide the training to make you a shuffleboard pro in no time. If you are looking for something new and exciting in the service industry, enjoy leisure sports, and love making sure people are having the time of their lives (responsibly), this might be the job for you! 

Court Hosts will be tasked with:

• Giving shuffleboard lessons, including coaching on tips and strategy 
• Encouraging all guests fall in love with shuffleboard and join the league
• Serving drinks on the courts and hosting cabana parties  
• Opening & closing duties

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Experience working in a high-energy/high-volume venue
• A commanding presence and an optimistic attitude
• An extroverted personality and a love of humans
• Proficiency with POS systems (Toast would be ideal)
• Part time or full time with weekend availability
• The ability to creatively & quickly problem solve, collaborate with a team and stay calm under pressure
