We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to provide daily on-site HR support and care for our 125 person team. The HR Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Human Resource department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer employee questions as it relates to HR, including understanding all company policies and assist with explaining to staff, when necessary.
  • Maintain employee personnel files through ATS Software (Bamboo HR) by carefully documenting and saving necessary information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as it relates to recruiting: posting open positions, arranging interviews, extending offers, managing background and drug screens, employee onboarding, and initial check-ins.
  • Assist with the preparation and collection of performance reviews.
  • Assists with the processing of terminations.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Processes I-9 forms, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files.
  • Processes new-hire background checks.
  • Assist with processing all Personal Action Notices (PAN) forms.
  • Accurately enroll employees into benefits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain HR documents such as org charts and new hire packets.
  • Help organize on site events like BBQs, etc.
  • Any other duties assigned to help reach company's goals.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-year experience working as a HR Coordinator, required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English, required.
  • High level of computer proficiency required, with Bamboo HR experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ethics, cultural awareness and social perceptiveness.
  • Service Orientation - actively looking for ways to help people.
  • Ability to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule with punctual attendance.
Hours/Location/Salary/Benefits:
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 430pm
  • On site role in Denver at approx. I-70/Peoria
  • Business Casual working environment
  • $26.00-$28.00/hour, DOE
  • Potential for quarterly bonuses based on performance.
