Patient Care Advocate (Physical Therapy Tech) and Coordinator (Front Desk) to uphold our excellent customer service and contribute to the patient experience. PCA (Tech) responsibilities : include logistics involved with assisting patient care as directed by the Physical Therapist as well as housekeeping duties.
PCC (Front Desk) responsibilities: includes but not limited to: answering phones, scanning, faxing, scheduling, new patient registration, co-pay collect/over the counter collections, reporting and remote FDC duties as assigned by the front desk supervisor.
Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment that is efficient. Prior medical experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include: - Greet patients
- Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
- Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
- Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
- Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
- Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
- Answering phones
- Patient registration/data entry
- Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties
- Collecting copay's and patient balances
- Patient scheduling-Schedule Management
- Patient Care assistance as needed
- Strong organizational skills
