Insight Global is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative for one of our largest medical device clients. This representative will be interacting with clients, sales representatives, and other service individuals to handle inquires and complaints regarding sales made by the client. Responsibilities include creating notifications and coordinating returns for the products created by the client. You will be responsible for approaching the task in a timely manner and solve any issues presented to you via phone or email. Actions will be documented in an action tracker/SharePoint with the manager. Work will be done under little supervision, so the representative must be a self-starter and be able to remedy issues using prior customer service knowledge. As a client-facing role, the representative must be able to pass a drug-test.

Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, etc.)
