Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for a Docketing Clerk in our San Diego and Southern CA offices. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of law firm experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calendaring case events, including depositions, hearings and mediations, obtaining filing information from court clerks and /online dockets, downloading e-served documents from court notifications and from counsel, and preparing and distributing master calendar updates to attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years recent experience with a civil litigation firm.
- Demonstrated experience in federal and state court procedures, including calendaring/docketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Milana calendaring or comparable docketing software.
- File&Serve Express experience a plus.
- Extremely detail-oriented and a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with legal correspondence is a plus.
- General knowledge of local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures and ability to navigate court websites.
- A team approach to work and ability to juggle multiple projects and respond quickly to changing priorities are essential as this position supports multiple practice groups.
Salary Range - $42,000 $52,000
