Sentara is currently hiring a Radiology Services Coordinator This is a Full Time position with day shift hours 5:45a -2:15pand great benefits! Position is located in Virginia Beach, VA. Job Requirements :Education: High School Grad or Equivalent Required: Basic Life Support Required: Communication, Critical Thinking, Microsoft Office, Speaking, Technology/Computer, Writing Medical Assistants and Medical Administrative Assistants will be considered with a minimum of 3 years experience in a medical environment preferred.

Job Summary
Responsible for the order entry process, communication and guest relations, medical record maintenance/analysis, responsible for transporting, lifting, positioning of patients, and various non-technical/clerical duties. Demonstrates competency in the operation of radiologic systems for the management and transfer of digital images to complex media and converting images on film to digital formats.
Qualifications:
HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
