Banner Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator. This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience in processing automotive warranty claims and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the manufacturer.
• Book and close tickets
• Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
• Remain up to date on all factory recalls
• Reconcile all warranty receivables and warranty schedules
• Maintain all service and customer records

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience with CDK preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work well with others
• Positive attitude
• Highly organized and eagerness to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
